In Phase 1, we designed and piloted the FD workshop. In Phase 2, the following goals are outlined: to understand the factors influencing FM faculty’s shifts in perspective on the role NBM plays in cultivating well-being. Our secondary goal is to continue improving the curriculum. The objectives are: Identify factors that influence shifts in perspectives among Clinical FM faculty at DFCM following their experience with FD on NBM tools for cultivating well-being, using mixed methods. We will also evaluate whether the curriculum shifts perspectives on NBM’s impact on well-being.
